BUT I CAN GET METAL NUMBER PLATES ELSEWHERE WITH BS AU 145e MARKED ON THEM?
If the supplier can't produce an official test certificate traceable to their actual product and provided by a UKAS accredited testing house listed on the UK Government register, clearly stating their company name and their product codes, then the number plates are illegal and you will be liable to prosecution.
We are fully transparent, and we openly promote and share our BS AU 145e Certificate and test reports. This was a huge investment costing many tens of thousands of pounds and over half a year of testing and analysis and we are the only metal number plate company to have achieved this standard in the United Kingdom.
Do I need GB or UK badges on my plates?
Both GB and UK badges are acceptable for use throughout the United Kingdom. However, when driving in the EU, UK vehicles are required to display a white ‘UK’ badge. If you do not have a UK badge on the vehicle number plate, a magnetic badge can be purchased within our accessories section for use when travelling in the EU.

Yes, we only offer fully compliant UK number plates which conform to the latest standards (BS AU 145e)
WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ID TO BUY NUMBER PLATES?
As a Registered Number Plate Supplier (RNPS), we are obliged to ask for one document which can identify you and second document which proves your entitlement to have the plates made up for that registration.
WHY ARE THERE BLUE AND GREEN VERSIONS FOR DIFFERENT VEHICLES?
Green number plates were announced in June 2020 and the scheme began in December 2020, when electrically powered vehicles could use number plates with a green side panel.
WHAT IS THE BS AU 145E STANDARD?
The BS AU 145e standard is the latest British standard for number plates manufactured for the UK. In summary, the key changes are …
• Must meet the highest standards for compatibility with ANPR cameras
• From now on only solid black characters are permitted.
• Fonts, commonly known as Carbon, Hi-line and 3D are no longer permitted.
• All printed materials manufactured by number plate suppliers must have the new British Standard mark, BS AU 145e.
• All flags must be part of the reflective material, they must not be overprinted or stuck on.
• The reflective materials used have to be plain with no water marks and must meet photometric requirements.
• Nothing can be printed within 10mm of the characters other than the registered company name and postcode. (This has decreased in size by 3mm)
• Although screws that pierce the plate continue to be permitted, they’re not recommended as they can compromise the durability of the plate. Our plate holder frames are
recommended.

Unfortunately not, as a fully registered UK number plate supplier, we only provide UK road legal plates and require the relevant documentation / ID in order to produce these
